Integrity Initiative is founded by Rachael Burns, an intersectional Lived Experience advocate, and is supported by a team of passionate and influential emerging leaders. As a photographer, I sought to capture the excellent work Rachel does every single day to raise awareness and push for change in the mental health community. Integrity Initiative is a not-for-profit charity that values empowerment, diversity, justice, and dignity. Integrity Initiative spreads these values through a multitude of activities and workshops, like the event shown in my images, year-round, creating a safe space for all people to join a strong, knowledgeable community of mental health leaders.
